Charles Ludlam

Charles Ludlam was the founder of the Ridiculous Theatrical Company, where he spent two decades writing, directing, and performing theatrical productions. His work included drag, sexual comedy, and many queer themes. His biography is called ‘Ridiculous!: The Theatrical Life and Times of Charles Ludlam’. He died from AIDS-related complications at 44 years old.
