Christine Boyle is a professor emerita at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She has published numerous works, most notably concerning equality, criminal law, and evidence, and has more recently been interested in sex equality in criminal defences and the abolition of prostitution. She was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2011 in recognition of her academic and legal contributions.
