Dennis Findlay

Dennis Findlay was one of seven people who worked on the Operation Socrates Handbook for the Waterloo Gay Liberation Movement. He was also the spokesperson for the Gay Street Patrol formed under the Right to Privacy Committee in May 1981, in Toronto. The patrol was made to protect gay people from street assaults, of which there had been 11 documented between 20 February and 10 April that year.
