Gary Nichols

Gary Nichols was a member of the Ontario Committee on Social Hygiene. As the primary member of the committee, he investigated the prevalence of homosexuality in eastern Canada, starting in 1964. This committee was disbanded in May 1965 so that Nichols could move on to become the secretary of Ottawa’s Canadian Council on Religion and the Homosexual.
