John Kyper

John Kyper was an American activist who had been a member of the Gay Liberation Front, Fort Hill Faggots for Freedom, the Fag Rag collective, and the Boston Democratic Socialists of America. He formerly wrote for Gay Community News. On Aug. 26, 1964 Kyper was turned away at the Canada-U.S. border by Canadian agents after admitting that he was gay.
