Louis-Joseph Pigeon

Louis-Joseph Pigeon was a Conservative MP for the Joliette-L’Assomption-Montcalm electoral district in Quebec. He was charged with indecently assaulting eigheen-year-old Raymond Emond on Aug. 3, 1964. Judge Avila Labelle dropped the charges, ruling that the Crown had not proven guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
