Paul-François Sylvestre

Paul-François Sylvestre was a gay rights activist and writer. He was a member of the Canadian Association of Lesbians and Gay Men, and president of Gays of Ottawa. In Ottawa in 1980 he was one of five representatives who argued for an amendment to the Canadian Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms to include protections based on sexual orientation.
