Robert Andras

Robert Andras was the minister of Manpower and Immigration in the 70s. In 1974, he wrote to Gays of Ottawa (GO) that he was in favour of removing provisions that prevented homosexuals from immigrating to Canada. In 1975, he tabled a Green Paper on Immigration and Population in the House of Commons that did not remove homosexuals from a list of prohibited individuals.
