Serge Boisvert was a female impersonator in Vancouver. In 1967 he and Jean Lupien, vice-president of Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation, were arrested for attempted gross indecency after being found in bed together at a hotel. Boisvert was found guilty and fined $100.
