He was an employee of the Romans II Sauna in Toronto. After the February 5 1981 bathhouse raid, he was charged with keeping a common bawdy house. He pleaded guilty to this charge and on 2 November 1981 he received an absolute discharge. Others with similar charges had made plea bargains and had their charges withdrawn.
