Stephen MacDonald was an activist in the gay liberation movement and a writer for the Body Politic. He was manager at the Community Information Centre of Metropolitan Toronto (CIC), and a key member in the creation of The Living Guide, a directory of HIV/AIDS-related services in Toronto.
