Jacques-Yvan Morin

Jacques-Yvan Morin was a professor and politician who was active in the Parti Québécois government as Minister of Education, Minister of Cultural and Scientific Development, and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs during the 70s and 80s. He also served as Quebec’s vice-premier, and went on to teach law at the Université de Montréal.
