He was a neurologist and co-owner of the Pisces Spa. Less than a week after the raid on the Spa, he pleaded guilty alongside five other men during a hastily organized late-afternoon court session. Soon after, the Alberta College of Physicians and Surgeons (#ACPS) suspended Toupin’s medical licence.
