Brian Rhodes was the manager of the Richmond Street Health Emporium, a gay bathhouse. After the February 1981 bathhouse raids, several found-ins and keepers were charged from the Emporium. Rhodes pleaded guilty to keeping a common bawdy house in January 1982, and was sentenced in March of the same year.
