Dick Rulens (Garrack)

Dick Rulens was the chairman of the Canadian Gay Activists Alliance. He contributed to Project Open Doors, a project in the 1970s that studied social services for gays in Vancouver. He was also a lecturer at SFU, dealing with topics such as homosexuality.
