Dorothy Broderick

Dorothy Broderick was a librarian who worked closely with the Gay Academic Union in Canada. Her practice and research as a librarian focused on expanding library holdings on gay subjects, representations of black subjects in young adult literature, freedom of access to information, and differentiating children’s and young adult fiction in the library community.
