Julian Fantino

Julian Fantino was a sergeant for Toronto police, who eventually became Toronto’s Police Chief, an MP, and a federal cabinet minister. As a sergeant he led the investigation of the murder of openly gay Brian Latocki which occurred on Jan. 22, 1977.
