Norman Bolter

Norman Bolter was the owner of the St. Charles Tavern and co-owner of the Parkside Tavern in Toronto. In January 1972 he met with George Hislop to discuss closing the police trap at Parkside that allowed officers to surveil the washrooms from air vents. In February 1980 he agreed to close the police spy hole.
