Peter Millard was a gay activist in Saskatchewan. He was a member of the Gay Community Centre of Saskatoon, and in 1975 submitted a brief on behalf of the group to the Special Joint Committee on Immigration Policy calling for the removal of immigration restrictions for gay people. Millard also attempted to form a gay academic union at the University of Saskatchewan in 1975.
