Walter Dinsdale

Walter Dinsdale was a Manitoba MP (PC-Brandon-Souris). In 1969 he strongly opposed the proposed amendments to Bill C-150 which would decriminalize homosexuality. During a district convention of the Knights of Columbus in Edmonton June 1977, he claimed that the gay liberation movement could lead to the end of the family as a basic unit of society.
